When the front desk is busy, closed or on holiday, the agent answers the phone in Catalan, Spanish or English, takes the reason for the call and the contact details, and leaves the message for the clinic. If it detects an alert situation, it hands over to a person.
It identifies itself as AI at the start of every call, as the EU AI Act requires. Data is stored on EU servers and purged after six months. We are rolling it out right now in a Catalan dental clinic.

Four tiers, one rule: paid on what the client pays
Commissions are calculated on the net amount of invoices collected from the client. No joining fee and no minimums to stay in the programme.

- ·180-day attribution window from the referral registration. The first partner to register a clinic gets the attribution.
- ·A clinic already in our pipeline or already a client does not count as a referral. We tell you the same day.
- ·Commission accrues when the client pays the corresponding invoice and is settled quarterly against the partner’s invoice.
- ·If the client exercises the 90-day guarantee, the commissions on that maintenance are reversed. The setup commission stays.
- ·No exclusivity: work with whoever you like. We only ask that you do not present Noema alongside an equivalent product.
Example with one client on the monthly minimum (Referral tier)

Total for a single client: ≈ €540
With a client at 2,500 minutes a month the same commission rises to ≈ €817. Five clients like the first are ≈ €2,700 in a year.

Do I have to sell?
No. At the Referral tier you only introduce and register. We handle discovery, demo, proposal and rollout, and the client knows Noema is the provider.
How do I know the referral is mine?
It is recorded with a date and code the moment you register it, and you see it in the portal. If the client contacts us through your link, attribution is automatic. In case of conflict, the first registration wins.
When do I get paid?
Commission accrues when we collect each client invoice. We settle quarterly by bank transfer against your invoice. You need to be able to invoice (company or self-employed).
What if the client cancels?
You keep what accrued up to then. If they exercise the 90-day guarantee, the commissions on that maintenance are reversed; the setup commission stays.
Can I introduce it to clients that are not clinics?
Yes. The product is built for clinics and that is where we prioritise, but any SME losing calls fits. We assess case by case and tell you before you spend time on it.
How do you handle my clients’ data?
The contact details you give us are used only to contact that clinic on your behalf. They are not shared with third parties, they are stored in the EU, and you can ask for deletion at any time.
