Who owns the code and the data?
You do, from day one. We hand over full access to the accounts and infrastructure; nothing is locked to us. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
Is it GDPR-compliant, even with health data?
Yes. We process only what's strictly needed, store data in Europe and sign a data processing agreement (DPA). For clinics, medical records never leave your system. We also meet the transparency the EU AI Act requires from 2 August 2026: the agent always states it is an AI.
Do you use Meta's official WhatsApp API?
Yes, the official Cloud API. It's the only route that can't leave you without a number: unofficial connections breach the terms of use and Meta can block them without warning. We explain it, from our own experience, in official vs unofficial API.
Do I have to change my software or calendar?
No. The AI works on top of what you already use (Gesden, Google Calendar, your CRM…). No parallel calendars, no double work.
What if the AI can't answer something?
It escalates to a person on your team instantly, with the full conversation context. The AI handles volume; the delicate calls stay with you.
What languages does it speak?
