1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on the user's device when visiting a website. They allow the site to work, remember preferences and, if the user consents, obtain statistical or marketing information.
2. Types of cookies and technologies we use
| Name | Category | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| noema_cookie_consent | Strictly necessary | Remember your cookie consent choice (stored locally in the browser). No marketing technology is loaded without this choice | Persistent (until you delete it) | First-party |
| NEXT_LOCALE | Technical (language preference) | Remember which language you want to see the site in. It is stored when you enter through the main address or change language | 12 months | First-party |
| noema_lead_popup (browser local storage) | Technical (preference) | Remember that you have already seen or closed the site's pop-up window, so that it does not appear again | Persistent (until you delete it) | First-party |
| noema_demo_session, noema_demo_source (browser session storage) | Technical | Only on the demo page: identify your trial session with a random code, with no data about you, and remember which page or campaign you came from | Until you close the tab | First-party |
| noema_ref | Partner attribution | Only if you reach the site through one of our partners' links (with the "ref" parameter): remember that partner's code so that, if you write to us, the request is linked to them. The cookie only holds that code, no data about you | 180 days | First-party |
| Visitor identification pixel (tag.js) | Marketing | Identify, in aggregate, which companies visit the site for our B2B sales activity. Only loaded if you accept | Up to 12 months | Leadsy.ai / Instantly |
| Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights | Cookieless audience measurement | Count visits and page views in aggregate and measure the site's real loading speed. They use no cookies, store nothing on your device and do not track you across sites | Not applicable: there is no persistent identifier | Vercel Inc. (the site's hosting provider) |
We do not use analytics cookies or third-party advertising cookies on this site. Audience measurement is done with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which store no file on your device and build no profile, and therefore require no prior consent (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE). If technologies that do require it are added in the future, this table and the banner will be updated before activating them.
3. Categories
- Strictly necessary: essential for the site to work and to remember your consent choice. No consent required.
- Technical, preference and attribution: they remember your language, whether you have closed the pop-up window, your demo session or the code of the partner who referred you. They are first-party and do not track you across other sites.
- Marketing: allow aggregate identification of visiting companies for B2B sales prospecting. Require your prior consent.
4. Managing and withdrawing consent
On first access to the site, a banner is shown allowing you to accept all or keep only the essential ones. Marketing technologies are not loaded until you expressly accept them. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or by clearing your browsing data from your browser settings. Rejecting does not affect how the site works.
5. Third parties
The marketing technology is managed by a third party, with its own privacy policy:
- Leadsy.ai / Instantly: leadsy.ai/privacy
6. Updates
This Cookie Policy may be updated. Version: 1.3. Date: 2026-10-28.
